Dare to Dream

7th May 2018 to 9th May 2018
Bengaluru, Karnataka

To stay relevant and grow, one has to understand strategizing as an ongoing dialogue with one’s context. One needs a framework to enable a vibrant but disciplined discussion between role holders of an organization so that a shared vision of the organization can emerge. Continuously monitoring and enhancing Strategic Fitness is the necessary condition for Sustained Business Excellence. The common tendency to view reality through predetermined categories and interpret them using sectoral expertise does not enable effective action. It can at best yield static strategies and plans.

The Business Aligner (BA) is a simple but effective framework that enables a systemic and balanced understanding of an organization.

  • It provides an inside-out as well as an outside-in view simultaneously.
  • It captures task issues, people issues, and the dynamic interplay of the changing context with the systemic capabilities of the organization.
  • It tracks changes as they are cognised and help build dynamic responsiveness to emerging market realities.
  • It highlights systemic inter-dependencies and triggers dialogues across boundaries with a catch ball approach. It allows if-then relationships to be developed and tested.

EUM-O Certification Workshop

19th Apr 2018 to 21st Apr 2018
Bengaluru

The workshop is being offered only to certified EUM- I practitioners, as familiarity with the tenets underlying the EUM framework and features of various universes are a prerequisite for understanding and deployment of EUM-O.

The EUM-O is an extension of the EUM framework as applicable to organizations. It has been used in more than 100 Indian and MNC organizations during the last decade, often in conjunction with the EUM-I.

The EUM – O is invaluable in culture diagnosis, and in better understanding the relationships between the organization and its context on the one hand, and between the individual and his / her organization on the other. This diagnostic lens helps shape the leadership dialogue on strategic fitness and organization development initiatives.

The basic intent of the workshop is to train and certify a group of people to deploy EUM-O, in their respective context- as external consultants and OD practitioners or internal leaders/change agents.
